Patient-controlled medical records

One medical history that follows you — and only opens when you say so.

Every prescription, lab result, report and visit in one place. When a doctor asks to see it, you approve them. When you are done, you revoke them, and every table closes at once. You can see exactly who opened what, and when.

Also for laboratories — send results to a patient.

How it works

Three parties, one record, and consent as the thing that connects them.

01

The patient approves

A doctor requests access by phone number. Nothing opens until the patient says yes — and a single tap closes it again, across prescriptions, records, adherence and journal at the same time.

02

The doctor sees the whole picture

Five years of history instead of a paragraph recalled in a waiting room: current medicines, allergies, past reports, and automatic warnings when a new prescription conflicts with something already being taken.

03

Labs deliver, patients confirm

A laboratory uploads a result against the patient's phone number. It stays pending until the patient approves it, and only then does it become part of the permanent record.

What we actually guarantee

Four promises, each enforced in the database rather than in a policy document — so they hold even if a screen has a bug.

Access is granted, not assumed
A doctor sees nothing about you until you approve their request. There is no default, and no administrator shortcut around it.
Revoke at any time, everywhere at once
One consent record governs every table. Revoking it closes prescriptions, reports, adherence, journal and lab results in the same instant.
Every access is logged, and you can read the log
Opening your summary, viewing a record and downloading a file all write an audit entry you can see. The log cannot be edited or deleted by anyone, including us.
Records are never destroyed
Removing a record hides it from view. The database physically refuses to delete clinical rows, so a mistake is always recoverable.
